California 2001 Tax Lien

Hi All, First time poster...

Back in 2001 I had unpaid taxes that I just simply forgot about since I moved out of the state. Since then they have shown up on my credit report and have been paid and released. Here is the problem. On 2 of the credit bureaus this is showing up twice in the public records section. One coming from Sacramento County and the other from San Diego County and both with the same dollar amount. The third credit bureau only show one of them.
I only lived in San Diego county when I lived in CA.
How can I get the duplicates off?
What is the procedure?
Is there a place online to see this lien informtion of each county?

I have tried for several days to call CTB and every time I get "We are unable to take your call at this time... blah blah blah"

Sacramento County

San Diego County has a parcel characteristics search, but I can't tell if you can get tax info from that, you may need to call the Assessor's office.

As for removing duplicates, dispute the entries in writing, and note that you've never lived in Sacramento County. Provide a copy of your release letter.
