    Question Filing Small Claims In Another State

    My question involves judgment recovery in the State of: Minnesota

    I want to file a small claims to collect a monies owed to me. How do I file this claim when I live in Ca?

    Contact the court where you want to file and ask. You can almost certainly file by mail. But you would still need to appear in court for the hearing.
