Default I Won My Appeal, Now What

My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Florida

I was recently terminated from comcast cable corp for something I did not do and they could not prove. They claimed I was driving my company vehicle while intoxicated however I was not. They did not attend the hearing so naturally 2 days later I get a letter saying I won. Now I want to know how I go about collecting and or filing for my unemployment benefits over the past 4 months. Thanks for any help

What hearing are you talking about? An unemployment hearing? A union hearing?
