Default Assault and Battery in a Public School
Assult in battery case over 10 years ago. Inmate in jail for 192A manslaughter but he's in prison doing the crime 8 years completed 3 more to go. daughter mother stab him in the leg he hit her and he didn't press charges but she did. how do this inmate get this situation esponged.[/quote]

Default Expungement law
Expungement laws vary by state; but you can't get an expungement while you are still serving your sentence.
