Need Help Emancipating

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Florida



Ok my mom is a drunk peice of dirt along with many other things and so is my dad and EVERYBODY in my family!!!!! I dont want to try emancapaton in fear of ending up in a foster home, if things dont go as planned. In two months my step dad is kicking us out, for her stealing and lieing and substance abuse. She cant afford to supports us we are gonna be on the streets.what do i do? In florida will they let me be on my own at 17???? Please help me i have a good paying job and a place to stay if i have to , but i DO NOT want to end up in a foster home PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!!!

In Florida unless YOUR PARENTS will file the emancipation petition, there is no possible way to be emancipated.
