Appealing a Denial of Expungement

so , here i am over 8 years after the incident,,went for an exspongement,,,and due to statutes the judge could not grant me this. can i appeal ?? there was false info when this whole thing went down....i felt out numbered at the hearing last tues...it was terrible...there is no reason not to grant me this,,i had a great ob offer on the table,,,not now.
do i have a shot at the appealate level??

You can appeal; the question, though, really is whether there are valid grounds for appeal.

Appeals can be tricky - you should consider using a lawyer.
