Using a Name Similar to a Trademark

in games i have used the name LeGo since 99ish
and i use the name because in latin it means to leave as a legacy
and i use the name because i want to be a legacy in the games that i play
i made a site that i use to host signatures for forums and host pictures for my family and it is www.irlego.com
i also use the site to play around with PHP and MySQL and trying to learn them
but i was also thinking about making it a company webpage
the company is called IRLEGO
I R LEGO
in reference to the fact that my alias is lego
and has been for a while and thats how many people know me
i build/repair computers
and talked to someone
and they said it was questionable
to use the name of "I R LeGo"

i made my own logos though i am still debating onwhich to use though it may be slightly different in look and colors
