    Default Alienation of Affection

I have a girl from Ecuador who married a guy who beat the crap out of her. We got her out of the situation and she is now going through the divorce. When she left him she took a video tape showing him having sex with one of his previous girlfriends (after they were married) She's thinking about suing the girlfriend for alienation of affection. If she does can she strap a lien on her property and file a restraining order to keep her away from her and their child.

    Default Alienation of Affection

Few states recognize the tort of alienation of affection in this modern era, so it may not even be possible for her to sue.
