    Default Modifications to a Vehicle

lets take tire size as an example, if you upgrade to a bigger tire and then say you hit someone will you be in more trouble because you put bigger tires than given to you by dealer?

PS i live in Canada but couldnt find any canadian forums, so canadian law would be nice but i want to hear the states take on that sort of law.

    thanks a lot

    Default Bigger Tires

It will depend upon how big the tires are. For example, if the vehicle is no longer street legal, and the oversized tires contribute to the accident, that could be a basis for liability.

from 29 inches to 31, or 33 max (tire size not rim size). Im not sure what would make a vehicle become street "illigal"
