Filing Restraining Order

I want to file for a restraining order against 2 special constables from McMaster University, but I don't know the procedure or if I even have a chance of pursuing such action. Any comment or suggestion is welcome. Thank you.

You'd really need to ask on a board where the folks are familiar with Canadian law (this is a US-based site). It'll depend on the circumstances and reasons for wanting/needing such an order. If it has to do with incidents on campus, your odds aren't good if their actions fall under the scope of their employment.
