    Default Fraud and shoplifting in Macys

    i was working in macys and they terminated me from fraud and shoplifting and i have to pay them 1600$ and they send me to court...i didnt get arreted but they said that i gonna get something by mail from the court...this is my first offence...what can i do???....whats gonna happend to me??? that goes to my records?? and fro how long???? please help!!!!!

    Start calling up lawyers in your area and ask if they deal with theft and fraud at the work place. You need a lawyer ASAP.
