My question involves private investigators in the state of: New York

i have a skip in staten island i've got an old phone number as well as a name and address i just need to get the new phone number any suggestions?

Most decent libraries have cross reference directories - you look up the address, it gives the associated phone number(s). Keep in mind that these directories are drastically shrinking as more and more people go to cell phones and give up their landlines (the cross directories ONLY hold landlines).
