Default Moving Out Texas Without Court Orders, Unmarried

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Texas

I live in Texas with my boyfriend...we are unmarried and have no court custody orders on our 22 month old son. I want to move back to my home state of Mississippi. Can I? The father will fight it, what are my rights? I do not want to isolate my son from his father, I am willing to be very generous with visitation, but the father will fight the move, no doubt.

    Has paternity been established legally?
