    Default New Jersey FID

My question involves criminal law for the state of: New Jersey

I recently moved to New Jersey from Pennsylvania and brought 2 shotguns & a rifle with me. I have a few questions.

Since my firearms were legally aquired, do I need a Firearms ID Card?

Would a misdemeanor marijuana charge (less than one ounce, cosmetic act) from 12 years ago disqualify me for a firearms id card?

If you don't intend to purchase any more firearms, you don't need the card. You should, however, consider voluntarily registering your firearms.
