Hello, My brother in law was injured on a car accident while vacationing in another country. He has been bed ridden for the past two weeks and his doctor does not believe that he will be getting up anytime soon.

Will he be entitled to disability benefits as he has missed two weeks of work now? If so, how does he present a claim and how long will he be able to claim these benefits?
