My question involves criminal law for the state of: Texas. My son has a Deferred Judication in Harris, County - Houston, Texas. With this he was put on probation for 5 years. He has served 1 year thus far and has not strayed at all on his probation. He is 19 years old and his PO just keeps adding to the terms of probation. He is registered (it was his 18th birthday and a friend set him up for a threesom and the girls lied about their ages. One was 14 -02 months away from being 15 and the other 17). His charge was Indecency - Child Exposure. He did not have intercourse with the youngest) - The lawyer admitted he didn't even read the complete police report (30 pages). He did nothing for him to help. He can only travel to 2 counties - Harris and Chambers (where he lives). He has paid in full all court and associated fees in advance to the 5 year term. We have tried to move the probation to Chambers County in which he lives but the PO will not support that to the judge and the judge listens only to the officers. Since his probation started he has had 5 new terms added.
How can we change the probation to the county in which he lives?
