Sounds like what I could do is go to a lawyer and draw up some paperwork that says "I Man A relinquish all fatherly rights to said child" if man A decides to sign these papers then paternity of the child is open and if then I marry man B Man B can legally be the father (even on BC) and will have all rights?
Thanks for the help, this is starting to make a little bit of sense.
That is not likely until after child is born and paternity can be proved. He can't give away rights he doesnt have yet
