Angry Georgia Repossession
My question involves an auto loan or repossession in the State of: Georgia

I leased a vehicle to an individual and he has failed to make the payments as per the lease. Am I within my rights to take the vehicle back through any means?

Default Re: Georgia Repossession
We don't know your relationship to the lessee, and haven't seen either the car title or the "lease", so we have no way of telling you what your rights and remedies may be. (Other than stating in relation to "by any means", no, you are restricted to your rights as limited by state law and your contract.)
