Can I Amend My Deposition?

My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: MO
I'm not sure if I'm in a pickle or not. I had my deposition and to me the whole thing was confusing. The lawyer for the other side would ask me questions and I would frequently misunderstand what he wanted. Anyway, after the deposition I remembered something differently from what I said and I wondered if I could tell them that now before the settlement hearings or if its too late.

I hope my question isn't too confusing...

Talk to your lawyer. Your lawyer may wish to compose a letter describing the correction in your recollection and forward it to the other side's attorney.
