Is It A Crime If You Live With Your Illegal Boyfriend Or Girlfriend?

Hi,

I was just wondering if a person is "aiding and abetting a fugitive" by living with their illegal boyfriend/girlfriend. I read an article last month about how the internal affairs chief of the Department of Homeland Security was arrested and put in prison for a year due to the fact that he was living with his illegal alien girlfriend. Thanks for any help that you can provide!
