Default Unruly Child
I have a step child that has decided that she does not want to live with my wife and I, and has decided that she likes to runaway and stay with friends. She will not go to the school in the area as well. She has admitted to drinking and using drugs. She is only 15. What can we do legally to stop this issue.

Default Problem Step-Child
You may be able to get help through the juvenile court. But you should probably consult a local lawyer who practices juvenile law before taking such a step.
