I'm not quite sure what you're asking. Are you asking about how to contact banks/creditors to settle & negotiate debt? Are you needing to know about certain banks/creditors - their contact info?

Correct! is there a website or source where I can get all the creditors address or 1800 phone number to settle debt.

Contact information for your creditors should be listed on your credit report.
