My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Michigan
I'm under a 2 year lease agreement with a provision that in 2 years I have an option to buy the property. The Landlord is moving back to Michigan and is trying to enforce this option. He also said that he needs to sell the property soon. Can He sell the property with a 2 year lease with an option to buy? Can he force me to buy the property? Can he evict me if I don't comply?
