Minors & Contracts
Normally, when a minor enters into a contract, the contract is deemed "voidable", meaning that the minor can ordinarily void the contract at his discretion, and the parties are restored to their original position. That may require that the minor provide compensation to the other party to the contract, or pay for services or goods received to date. There are contracts a minor can enter into which are binding, typically contracts for the necessities of life.
