My question involves juvenile law in the State of: California
It never ends, my son will be 18 on 12/8/08. He wants out of school so bad that he is trying everything he can to get kick out. He has been in 4 differnt schools in the last 2 yrs. He is ditching all the time, getting in verbal arguments with the teachers and staff. And the list goes on and on. I was just informed that they are going to transfer him to another school. I can not control him. He is 6' 230 lbs. I am 5'4" 125 lbs, a single mom. He has said he was going to choke me till I was died (the police did nothing) told a school teacher he was going to burn my house down and watch me die. My options are all gone. The police come out talk to him then leave. He was caught with drugs 2 weeks ago. They just brought him home. What does it take in this state to get the police to help make him responsible for his actions. He steals, lies, has been accussed of possible molestation of 2 kids yrs ago. no one will file charges. HELP!!
