Rights To Vehicle Husband Purchased With His Girlfriend

My question involves divorce in the State of: louisiana my husband has been involoved with thsi woman for a few months i assume. i just found out that they purchased a vehicle together. her name is first and his is second on the title and purchase agreement. my question is, because they are both not too bright, do i have any legal rights to this vehicle or can i request some of the $7000 down payment that was made? and can i file suit against the both of them for anything fraud or something?

Fraud? How do you figure? Two people can co-own a vehicle without being related.

That they're thick as a yard of lard doesn't give you any right to the vehicle.

If wife has no rights to the vehicle and her husband is on the purchase agreement wiht the "friend" then if the loan goes in any kind of default can the "wife" be financially response anyway due to her husband being financially linked?
