My question involves criminal law for the state of: michigan
my 2 neighbors robbed me of $7,000 and they are being charged with home invasion 1st degree, they also gave my identity (license an s.s. card) to their friends mom and she got arrested for writing checks in my name(stole my identity), i want to know the sentace for home invasion and if the judge will be able to tie the identity theft into my case since they are the ones who gave my identity to their friends mom, more importantly, what are they facing for breaking in and robbing me?
