My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: Colorado

My husband was injured almost a year ago. The insurance company stopped his benefits in November stating that he was released in June. He was "released" by a specialist, not a PCP. We were told by the insurance company that he needed to see a PCP and be released from them. Which he has, but the PCP hasn't released him yet and wants more tests. We contacted a lawyer in January and I've spoken to him a couple of times. The thing is the insurance company has still NOT contacted the lawyer and his benefits are still stopped. We have not received a Final Admission of Liability either.

Is there anyway to get the "ball rolling"? Just want to get this done and over with!!
