Post How Do I Get My Vechicle Back After Repo
My question involves an auto loan or repossession in the State of: Oklahoma

A man came and repossessed my vechicle today, can I just go in to the bank that has the loan and pay off the "back" or late payment and get my car back in the morning? I was not even notified by mail that they were going to come and take it.

You will probalby have to pay off the loan. Contact the bank and see what you can work out. It is better to do this in person.

Generally the right to cure default comes AFTER the vehicle has been popped. People know when they miss a car payment; they don't need a warning to allow them to play hide and seek with the bank's property.
