    Unhappy Background Check In Florida

    My question involves criminal records for the state of: florida

    charged with aggrevated stalking in MI, still in the court system..happened almost a year ago.

    i had a FDLE ran on me in Florida me nothing appeared on my record.

    what will show on the lien system at this time? or the NCIC? I was told that each state has their own system (I know for a fact that MI does) ? I finished the final stage of two different interviews this week and my stomach is churning waiting for the background check.

    The charge might show up, it might not. No one here can answer that for sure.

    Computer issues happen, data entry can go awry, there's just no way to predict what will show for you.
