    Can anullment be filed without a lawyer?
    And if not (or not recommended), what are typical lawyer fees to proceed with an anullment?

    Yes, you may petition for an annulment without a lawyer.

    The advantage of working with a lawyer, or at least consulting with a lawyer, is that the lawyer can help you figure out if you qualify for an annulment before you go to court. (Lots of people want annulments, but most of them end up having to instead go through the divorce process, because most don't meet the legal criteria for obtaining an annulment.)

    That's going to depend upon where the action will be filed, and any complexities of the case. If you want an idea of price, the best way to find out is to call several lawyers in your area and ask what they might charge.
