Motorcycle Accident

My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: florida

I was driving my motorcycle minding my own buisiness and out of the blue a car rear ends someone. Being that it happened so fast i could not get out of the way so therefore i rear ended him,(the car that hit the other).
I have been out of work for two weeks. (broke my big toe, laserated my heal 38 stitches). Do I have any kind of case?
