Reimbursing Workmans Comp
My question involves workers compensation law for the state of:new jersey
while out on workmans comp my company marked me out on short term disibility to pay for my health, dental, elective life ins, 401 etc. also there was a deduction in the amount that i was receiving from workmans comp. that was re emburst to workmans comp
we are given 26 weeks of short term disability to use for sick leave and fmla.
so now that i am back to work i only have about 10 weeks of std
is this allowable
