    Default SSDI While Married

If a person gets married, while on SSDI will the person have the SSDI taken away? If so, would it be all or partial?

This soc. sec. website gives you info on SSDI & also answers your question:

If you are receiving SSDI your benefits will remain the same. If you are receiving SSI, your benefits will probably warrant a review/change in benefits.

    Does that answer your question?

This is right from the soc. sec. link I gave you:

If you get married or divorced, your Social Security benefits may be affected, depending on the kind of benefits you receive.

Your own disability benefits (would be SSDI) - Your benefits will continue
