My question involves real estate located in the State ofa
We purchased a house in pa. some guy owns practically all of our backyard, he has owned this property for 3 years and has done no maintenance at all. When we got our house, we landlocked his property, so the only way to get access to his is threw a small area off our driveway. anyway our kids wanted a pool, so we got in contact with him asking to buy that property(which he bought at tax sell for 650 dollars) so that we could put up the pool. he wsn't sure if he wanted to sell it to us, he did say he has no use for it (not sure why he won't sell) we explained to him that we have been keeping it cut . he told us that he doesn't care if we go over his property 20 or 30 feet to put up our pool ,but then said we'd be CraP out of luck if he decided to sell it to someone in a couple of years. But no one would want it, because its a big hill side with trees and a 90 foot flat section that is basically our back yard and its landlocked. what if any kind of advise would you give to handle this?
