Default Retrieving Personal Property / Vehicle After Repo
My question involves an auto loan or repossession in the State of:Maryland

Vehicle reposessed. MD requires disclosure prior to repo, or not legally required to pay repo fee's.

Contacted lender (chase), informed that never recieved disclosure, and that I would like to retrieve (pay current) and get my vehicle. Chase states in a letter, that they did send notice. (They don't have a certified receipt, as I never recieved letter) Trying to charge me extra $1000.

Also, trying to charge me to retrieve my personal property. Contacted Chase, informing them that I wanted to retrieve personal property including a truck cap (provided receipt for cap).

Timeline is quickly ending on my window to retrieve. What do I do?

(Also informed Chase of repo man yelling that he was reposessing my truck, 9pm , neighbors came out, asked him 3 X to speak in normal tone. All this was recorded by Chase, as a rep was on the phone during the reposession. Have her name and number. Is there anything there?)
Need help in Maryland.
