Default Garnished wages
after failing to live up to a court agreement to pay $100 a month and falling behind $700 worth. They took $1500 of my pay and left $125. of which $100 goes to my credit union for car payment! net take home $25 bucks! family of five, hard to survive

Default Massachusetts Wage Garnishment Law
Was the garnishment from your wages (through your employer) or from your bank account after it was deposited (directly or otherwise)?

Default my wages
knew they would. just didn't know they could put us on the street! rent check bounced and electric is in danger of getting shut off tuesday
