Default Moving While On Workers' Comp
A qualified "yes" - you will remain subject to the workers' compensation rules of your state, including any restrictions on your choice of physician and requirements that you subject yourself to examination to confirm your continued disability. If you will be unable to travel to necessary or required medical appointments, you should check with the state agency to be sure that proper arrangements can be made to accommodate your treatment and to satisfy any demand that you document your condition when you are in your new state of residence.
