    Default Stealing From Kohls

    Hi--
I stole from Kohls over 3 weeks ago and was told that I would only receive a fine in the mail from them. There were not police involved and I was not issued any sort of ticket. The LP officer was very nice to me and told me that I would only be receiving this fine. The merchandise that I stole was a 10.00 pair of earrings. Does anyone have any idea when I would get this fine or if I would not get one at all?? The LP officer actually stated that I may not receive anything at all, but I find that hard to beleive. Any ideas about when this fine would come, and about how much? Thank you.

Contact Kohl's ask for the number of their Civil Recovery Service. They will have your answers

The expertlaw crystal ball is out for recalibration so we can't answer that today. Your best shot at finding out about fine is by means I already explained

I understand what your saying, but is it possible that I should just wait this out and never get a fine?

Yes its possible they wont issue Civil demand but personally I find that unlikely. If you want answers you were told what to do

Expect to get a letter in the mail for between $250 and $300. Chances are that is it if the police were not involved. Pay the fine (it may come addressed to your parents) and call it a day.=
