Mother Will Not Pay Child Support

I have had custody of my 3 kids now for 7 years. The ex was court ordered to pay $229.00 a month. While the first few years she paid every now and then, but know I have not seen anything since last August. She has been living in another state for most of the 7 years we've been divorced. I have no way to contact her, except thru her mother, but she never returns my calls. She has not made any contact with our kids in over 6 months. While, I did not make a issue with the child support payments not being made, it now has become harder to make ends meet and the little she has to pay would help out. My kids are now in high school which creates more expenses. She is over $10,000.00 behind and I need advice as to what I can do to get her to pay some of it.

You need to either contact the CSE, or take this to court to have the order enforced.
