How Can I Reenter The USA

Hi, my name is Jose I am 20 yrs of age and i was deported from the USA about 2 yrs ago and its been so hard not having any family or anybody to help you out in mexico.All of my family is in the USA, I and my family are willing to hire any lawyer who could help me reenter the USA.

Why were you deported? What's your period of ineligibility to reenter? What facts do you have that could establish hardship upon your family within the U.S.?

I was deported for a sex assault of a child, because i was 18 and my girlfriend was 15, but her parents pressed charges, my probation term was from 04/21/06 - 04/20/11 but INS picked me up while serving my probation, now im in mexico and its very hard for me in mexico because all my life ive been in the usa, i graduated in the USA and my spanish is very poor. And now my family and I are trying to find a way to see them once again!!

The easy way is for them to go to Mexico to visit you.

You have one of those conviction charges that's going to make it harder to get back in before your ineligibility expires, and probably afterward. (Sex crimes, violent crimes, drug crimes.)

A big issue for an I-212 waiver is hardship on your family. (Not on yourself.) Other than missing you, are you saying that there is none?
