Default What Amount (if Any) Am I Entitled To After Having Upper Neck Spinal Surgery
My husband is having upper neck spinal surgery. He is having 2 disk infused. How much settlement from w. comp. (if any) is he entitled to ?after this type of surgery?

Besides medical benefits and wage replacement benefits? That depends upon the amount of permanent disability, if any, he suffers after reaching maximum medical improvement.
