Default Repo In Virginia
I live in Va and are currently 2 months behind on my car payment and because I just found out they charge a $ 8.00 a day late fee charge, its going to be harder to catch these payments up, the company that financed my car, now whats to repo it, I told them I would not just turn my car over to them, I was going to try to catch up the payments, they said they would issue a warrant for me, can they do this, or is this a civil matter, also is it legal for them to charge, per day late fee's, on my payment book, the fee is like $20.00, if past 7 days late, now I find out that there charging $ 8.00 per day, and asked them about it, she said its in my contract, that I signed, when I bought the car, of course, I wasnt told that and no one takes the time to read all that small print, what legal charges can they charge me with.

please help

What they can charge you is defined by that "small print" you haven't read yet, so perhaps its time to read it.

Or are you asking what you'll owe if the repo goes through and the car is sold? That would normally be the difference between the sale price and the amount you owe, plus fees associated with the sale, plus a fee for the repo.
