I have had guardianship of my nephew since 2005 when he was born. He was born in SC and I brought him back to Pa to live with my family. Now, I want to get a divorce and my husband thinks that he has rights to him, we have not gone through the whole adoption process and I have a paper that my sister and I signed and had notorized and I am not sure what my rights are or his rights and how much control I have over the situation with this paper. If somone could please help me!!!!!
