Refunding Deposits After A Project Is Canceled

I am with a small painting company here in Seattle, WA. In January, we won a job to restain the exterior of a home in the area. At this time, we recieved the standard deposit of 25%.

Now the customer is moving and wants her deposit back instead of going ahead with the project.

Are we required to return her deposit in its entirety?
