Marriage To Illegal European

OK this is the problem.
Married to US wife and everything seemed to be on the up. But......
due to the fact she can not support me due to illness is it possible if an uncle of my wife will sign the co-sponsorship?
Before I am going to obtain a laywer i want to have all my T's crossed.
Marriage was no problem. Currently I am i think one of the most registered illigals due to the fact that she had to apply for health care of the state of New York at the dss. i would like to be able to change this situation and support her as a husband should.

For your affidavit of support, your wife does not have to be your sponsor. You can also consider co-sponsorship.
