    Default Going To The U.S. While My H1B Petition Is Pending

    An US Employer will file my h1b petition in 1st April.
    My question is, after success full file and acceptance, I had to wait about 6 months for an USCIS answer.
    I'm outside of US, but I have a B1/B2 US visa. Currently I'm working in my country. Due to my job I had to travel to US for business and training.
    Can I go to US while my petition is in progress?.

    You already have a valid business visa, so as long as you stay within the parameters of that visa, you should be fine.
