Default Misdemeanor Forgery Charges
Hi back in 1993 and 1996 I was in trouble with the law with forgery and possession of a weopon. However I was given 1 yr probation and 3 yrs probation. I went to nursing school finished and applied for my licensure. I now have to fill out job applications disclosing my rap sheet. NY does not expunge, and I ordered a relief from disabilities. What is a Pardon? What is a non-disclosure of misdamenor? My focus is not having to explain the circumstances all the while, not having to list the rap sheet, and basically there have to be some way that the record can be sealed. Is this possible? To obtain a job even though the job should not let your crimminal history stop you from obtaining the job there is something called prejudice. Ok Meaning that to not get the job for the reason indirectly is what will happen even though you have a relief and have given a full explanation. I mean people that spend the rest of there life in school and graduating from college with several degrees without felonies why do we have to be punished?
