Denial Notice After Green Card

Sir - i have filled petition with immigration in 2004 with immigration and my husband was in removal proceeding with immigration court. Then immigration court took over the case from immigration and after one and a half year my husband case was approved by immigration judge and got green card last year. After year and a half we received the notice (old receipt # the one we filled with immigration not immigration court) that your I-130 is denied. My husband has valid 10 year green card. So, what is that? any duplicating of papers of some thing.

Have you tried speaking to some one in USCIS? Did they state a reason/s for denying I-130 a year and half later after it was approved? I sincerly think the only person/people who can help you or give you answers to this situation is the USCIS. I know it is stressful dealing with them but give it a short or even consult an immigration attorney who is familiar with cases of this nature.

I spoke to them on the phone. The rep said it is very unusual situation. If you have valid green card then don't worry. I checked other forum regarding this issue, and the attorney suggested the same thing. I want second thought about this. It might be duplication. what u thing. Because I filed twice, one with immigration and then with immigration court.
