Ex Collecting Child Support From Two States

I just found out recently that mine and my husbands tax returns were taken because my husbands ex is collecting child support from two different states CA and NV. CA is where she should only be collecting child support from. I need to know how I can report her for fraud and get our money back.

Also will she get put in jail for fraudulently taking money from NV? She has already collected over $8000 from what I know.

Did she ever live in NV? And did your husband ever have an arrearage?

Yes she did live in NV and was collecting from california while she lived there.
And no he did not have an arrearage, he was allways up to date.

To add to me previous comment:

The origional case was opened in CA, then she decided to move to NV and opened another case there and didn't tell NV about the case she already had open with CA. So therefore currently collecting money from both states.

Also shouldn't NV do research before awarding someone CS to see if they are collecting from another state?
